Day 6 of 23 Gratitude Experiment

The top 10 steps to positive thinking.  A cheat guide 🙂

1. You are what you focus on. Whatever you hold in your mind on a consistent basis is exactly what you will experience in life.

2. Your thoughts DO create your reality

3. Recognize your negative self talk

4. Stop putting yourself down, right now! Be conscious of your thoughts

5. Replace negative self talk with positive affirmations, repeat it to yourself 7 times. For example, you say why did I do that? I’m so *** Immediately catch yourself and say I am smart, I am smart, repeat it 7 times to counteract that negative talk.

6. Expect the best and get better outcomes. Affirm the positive, visualize the positive and expect the positive, your life will change accordingly.

7. Leave the past in the past. It is in the past for a reason

8. Don’t listen to negative people

9. Surround yourself with positive people

10. Being positive is a choice that you can make
