The only thing we are ever dealing with is thought, and a thought can always be changed. No matter what our problems are, they are just the outer effects of our inner thoughts and feelings. Even your self-hatred or fear is only hating a thought you think about yourself. If you have a thought saying”I’m a bad person,” hen guess what you and everyone else around you has that same thought about you. These toxic stinkin thoughts have a negative black cloud around them that can grow into a full fledge storm that blows in and can stay if you let it. If you begin to shift and change your thoughts than circumstances will change outside of you too. It works every time, and if you condition yourself into a new way of thinking, you will have different experiences in life right away.
Start to wear a rubber band around your wrist and pop it when you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts about yourself. Or pop it when you begin to feel fear and you must do it anyway. Stretch your faith some and begin to work on it alone to get you through the situation at hand. Begin to learn new ways of dealing with problems and you will change the effects. What’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
